Here are the most frequently asked questions about CareHack 2025.

Do I need to bring my laptop and other device(s)?

Yes, you need to bring your own devices. If, in any exceptional case, there is any hardware or software requirement, the same should be mentioned along with proposal submission, so that it can be arranged, prior to the event.

Where can I sleep?

Once you enter, this will be your home for the next 30 hours. We've made arrangements to ensure you are safe and comfortable, within the practical limits of a high-energy tech startup environment.

There will be sofas, bean bags, and relaxed spaces where you can take short breaks. While sleeping arrangements may not be ideal, the overall experience and energy of the hackathon will make it worthwhile.

Will there be food?

Absolutely! Your meals for the weekend will be free and there'll be plenty of snacks and drinks to keep you energized. If you've got specific dietary requirements, you should let the event organizers know and they'll be more than happy to make arrangements.

I am stuck in the process, will I get help?

You'll be surrounded by peers just like you — ambitious, curious, and ready to make their mark. But that's not all. We're also bringing in an incredible lineup of mentors — seasoned pros who've built deep tech solutions with CareRevenue and CareStack. They'll be with you every step of the way, guiding you through the challenge and helping you bring out your best.

Will I annoy people asking questions?

No, The environment at these events are designed specifically to encourage everyone to have fun and help each other. If you're ever stuck on anything, go find a volunteer who might be able to help and if not, they will almost certainly know who can.

What if I don't want to present my hack?

You might think your project isn't impressive or it might not be finished so you don't want to present it. You should present it anyway! Honestly, hackathons aren't about being the best at being competitive. It's all about having fun, making friends and learning how to become better at things you care about. Presenting your hack gives you a chance to be proud of what you've done, and you should be proud.

What do I get?

While you get to win a hefty cash prize, learn, network and of-course, Food, Swags etc we believe the most important take-away is the experience itself. Being part of technology events like this gives you a chance not just to showcase your skills but also to sharpen them and also network with your peers, gain insight into new technologies and identify opportunities. You also get the opportunity to qualify for an internship or career with us.
